When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

It typically takes 3-7 business days for a tracking number to be issued. Allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking details to be updated. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please email us. Additionally, if your tracking status shows as "not available" 3 to 5 business days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us by email.

What Is the Estimated Shipping/Delivery Time?

Orders generally take 3-5 business days to process. Once loaded onto the plane by the courier, delivery times are approximately 4-21 days within the United States and 12-21 days for international shipments. Please note that customs delays and other unforeseen circumstances may occur, and delivery times may extend during the holiday season.
